GLOW is a three-peptide blend, and that is exactly what most pages covering it get wrong. Treating 70 mg as a single quantity and reporting one concentration is arithmetically meaningless here, because the three components are present at a fixed 10 : 10 : 50 ratio and therefore reach three different concentrations in the same solution.
What is actually in the vial
The product specification states the composition as three components in one vial: BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ) 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg — total peptide mass 70 mg, “co-lyophilised into a single vial at a fixed ratio of 10 mg : 10 mg : 50 mg.”

Worked example: reconstituted with 2 mL, the solution contains 5 mg/mL BPC-157, 5 mg/mL TB-500 and 25 mg/mL GHK-Cu. Twenty units is 0.2 mL, which contains 1.0 mg, 1.0 mg and 5.0 mg respectively. One number cannot describe this vial.
The syringe unit point almost every page gets wrong
An insulin syringe is graduated in units, which are a volume marking, not a mass. On both U-100 and U-50 insulin syringes, one unit corresponds to 0.01 mL. The difference is barrel capacity and gradation spacing — not the unit-to-volume relationship. Both are 100 units per millilitre.
The arithmetic is: mass = (component mg ÷ mL of solvent added) × (units × 0.01), run once per component.

What limits how long the solution lasts
Sourced fact: The Bacteriostatic Water for Injection label directs: “Do not store reconstituted solutions of drugs for injection unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer of the solute.” [1]
