Thank you for purchasing from PureLab Performance. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Research Use Only — Important Notice
All PureLab Performance products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption. Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product was not as described on our Site
- The product seal is intact and the vial is unopened
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been reconstituted
- Products that have not been stored per the instructions provided (refrigerated, away from light)
- Orders where the 30-day return window has passed
- Change of mind or ordering errors — please review your order carefully before submitting
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship products back without first receiving a Return Authorization from us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. ACH refunds may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
