Most pages answering this question treat the Wolverine Stack as a single 10 mg or 20 mg quantity and give you one concentration number. That is arithmetically wrong for a co-lyophilised blend, and the error matters. There are two peptides in the vial, and each has its own concentration once solvent is added.
The short answer
The Wolverine Stack is sold in two sizes, and the product page states the composition explicitly: “Two peptides — BPC-157 and TB-500 — co-lyophilised into one vial at a 1:1 mass ratio.”

Because the ratio is 1:1, both components always share the same concentration in solution. The number that changes is what a given volume contains of each.

The syringe unit point almost every page gets wrong
An insulin syringe is graduated in units, which are a volume marking, not a mass. On both U-100 and U-50 insulin syringes, one unit corresponds to 0.01 mL. The difference between them is barrel capacity and how widely spaced the gradations are — not the unit-to-volume relationship. A U-50 syringe holds 0.5 mL across 50 units; a U-100 holds 1.0 mL across 100 units. Both are 100 units per millilitre.
So the mass contained in any number of units is simply:
mass = (peptide mg ÷ mL of solvent added) × (units × 0.01)
Worked from the table above: a 10/10 MG vial reconstituted with 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL of each component. Twenty units is 0.2 mL. 0.2 mL × 5 mg/mL = 1.0 mg of BPC-157 and 1.0 mg of TB-500.

Choosing a solvent volume is an arithmetic decision, not a protocol
Nothing above tells you what volume to use. The volume determines only how the fixed mass in the vial is distributed across the solution — it does not change how much peptide you have. Larger volumes make small quantities easier to measure accurately against the syringe gradations; smaller volumes concentrate the same mass into less liquid. That is the entire trade-off, and it is a measurement question.
What limits how long the solution lasts
Sourced fact: The Bacteriostatic Water for Injection label directs: “Do not store reconstituted solutions of drugs for injection unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer of the solute.” [1]
Inference: The widely-quoted 28-day figure describes the multiple-dose container of water, not what you dissolved in it. Those are different questions with different answers, and conflating them is the most common error in this topic.
